Applicants must of minimum age of 21 years old or above, and meet all of the following criteria:

• be able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level 4 of the Employability Skills System (i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy, WPLN).

• minimum knowledge of data analytics required.

• have access to a suitable device and possess the necessary IT skills to effectively engage in the sessions.

• with at least 2 years relevant PMET experience.

This one-day workshop uncovers the hidden and often unauthorized ways AI is already operating within your organization. Participants will examine the trade-offs of AI use—speed versus accuracy, convenience versus compliance, and insight versus data exposure. It’s not about introducing AI basics; it’s about confronting the risks, behaviors, and decisions happening right now, and preparing leaders to take control before unintended consequences escalate.
