Course Pre-requisites:

Applicants must be 25 years old or above, and fall into one of the following categories:

  • Professionals with at least 3 years of working experience to allow them to grasp and apply the knowledge gained from the course.
  • Early and mid-career professionals with at least 3 years of working experience in any discipline of operation or
  • Managers, Engineers, and supervisors with more than 2 years of experience and who are in charge of the shop floor to align with company strategies or
  • Professionals with more than 2 years of experience and a Diploma or higher who want to work in production, process or engineering

And, the applicants must

• be Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level 4 of the Employability Skills System (i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy, WPLN).

• have access to a suitable device and possess the necessary IT skills to effectively engage in the sessions.
