Course Pre-requisites:

Applicants must be 25 years old or above, and fall into one of the following categories:

• At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing, engineer associates, technician, or team lead-er
• Diploma holders (or higher) with working experience who are looking to lead in operation

And, the applicants must

• be Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level 4 of the Employability Skills System (i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy, WPLN).

• have access to a suitable device and possess the necessary IT skills to effectively engage in the sessions.
