Course Pre-requisites:

Applicants must be 25 years old or above, and meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Professionals with at least 2 years of working experience to allow them to grasp and apply the knowledge gained from the course.
• Early and mid-career professionals with at least 3 years of working experience in any discipline of operation or
• Managers, Engineers, and supervisors with more than 2 years of experience and who are in charge of the shop floor to align with company strategies or
• Professionals with more than 3 years of experience and a Diploma or higher who want to work in production, process or engineering

And, the applicants must

• Able to speak, listen, write, and read English at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills System i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 5.

• Able to understand manufacturing processes and team works needed for making the processes effectives
