Course Pre-requisites:

Applicants must be 21 years old or above, and must meet the following requirements:

● Minimum education level is O Levels or N-Levels.

● Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level of the Employability Skills System i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy (WPLN) Level 4.

● Possess basic personal computer skills and able to operate personal computer independently.

The assumed skills and knowledge for this unit are as follows. Learners are assumed to:

● Have knowledge of their organisation products/services, organisational operations and management systems, and production processes.

● Have basic knowledge in problem solving (eg. brainstorming) and decision making (eg. decision matrix) skills.

● Have team facilitation skills (eg. conducting meetings and leading discussions) ∙ Have basic presentation skills.
