Applicants must be 25 years old or above, and meet all of the following criteria:

• be Able to speak, listen, write, and read English with Numeracy skills at a minimum proficiency level 4 of the Employability Skills System (i.e., Workplace Literacy and Numeracy, WPLN).

• have access to a suitable device and possess the necessary IT skills to effectively engage in the sessions.

This training programme aims to equip learners with skills and knowledge about the process and mechanism of Supply Chain. Learner will be able to trace upstream and downstream of a chain from suppliers to customers, provide a framework of examining a Supply-chain in details by defining and categorising the processes involved, and learn to appreciate why the company has implemented SCM initiatives to improve the business process of the total Supply Chain.
